WHO WE ARE
We are an in-home supportive care provider providing non-medical care services to the elderly, physically challenged, and patients with medical and cognitive challenges. Our goal is to improve the quality of life in the human settlement especially for the elderly and the physically challenged who experience the greatest difficulties in their daily life. We understand that many human settlements are not designed to meet the special needs of the elderly and the physically challenged, therefore, we take it upon ourselves to facilitate and offer supportive care services. The services are very cost-effective and tailored towards the client’s needs. Furthermore, we offer the services in homes, hospitals, long-term care facilities, or any other place of residence. We have professional staff such as a Registered Nurse (RN) and Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). The professional staff assess the client’s needs and develop a plan of care and effectively communicate the needs to the physician or hospital staff for better health care choices. On the other hand, we offer supplement care to allow family members and friends, time to perform other duties. MEET OUR STAFF
Stephani Williams, MBA
CEO
Stephani Williams serves as Sheltering Arms Chief Executive Officer providing strategic leadership and oversight of our company's corporate decisions and managing the overall operations and resources of the company. Stephani is the main point of communication between the medical community, physicians and corporate operations as she is the public face of the company.
Prior to the startup of Sheltering Arms Home Healthcare, Stephani worked as an Accountant in the Public Sector for some of the Top 5 accounting firms. Stephani has held various leadership roles, including Accounting Controller with an audit, tax, and consulting firm focused on the middle market in the United States. Stephani earned her M.B.A. in Business after achieving her B.S in Accounting from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore. Stephani has two children and in her free time she enjoys traveling, interior decorating and working out at the gym.
